Professional Inventories Ltd is based in Sutton SE London, and is one of the UK’s leading property inventory services specialists, providing an independent unbiased, in depth property Inventory, Check In, Mid Term and Check Out services to letting agents, Landlords, tenants, relocation and property management agents.

The company was founded in 1999 by a family member of the current Managing Director Paul Campbell, who carried out his first inventory way back in 1987, when the industry was non existent.

In that year Paul purchased his first rental property but was unable to source a professional inventory service so he did it himself. Over the years through a combination of the family property portfolio, owning and working in a Lettings business and being his Units Housing Officer whilst serving in the Army (Inventories and Checking reports were called "March In - March Out" and were conducted using the white glove check!), Paul has conducted hundreds of reports. This experience, attention to detail is now employed with Professional Inventories which he took the helm of on 2013.

Since 2013 Professional Inventories has been a pioneer in the use of technology and streamlined working practices that reduce costs but keep the quality of our reports and service very high. We have grown from a single employee Sole Trader business in 2013 to a Limited Company with branches in Holborn, Sutton, Ashford Kent, and Marbella Spain.
